hell, I'd gladly be in one of these stupid Alex Cross movies in a heartbeat. They may be crap, but they'll rerun on Lifetime, and TNT at 2am for the next 50 years. Bring on the royalties check.

I was really certain It was Diedrich Bader. And probably more of a joke that it his voice gets confused a lot with Will Arnett's.

I like that you can normally get away with a lot just by having  Arnold in your movie.
Everyone in the film is already ignoring that he's an Austrian bodybuilder, so it's not really that much more of a stretch that he's been secretly a spy, or gonna dress as a toy with a jet pack.
