That was exactly my read on it, as well. Not saying I'll turn out to be right, but it's what I took away from the scene. I also feel that this interpretation most fits with the previous scenes with Joy and with the themes of the show so far.

OMG I had the same thought! LMAO!
Her head was bandaged.
It's a typical good King book with great characters, but he has trouble ending it. It's also of typical King book length, but an easy read. I liked it.
There is absolutely NOTHING in "Under the Dome" the TV show that will spoil reading the book. Except that there's a dome and some of the characters have the same names. I enjoyed the book (although King doesn't stick the landing, per usual), and I watch the show because it's hysterical. But there is nothing spoileryβ¦
Don't question the "science." That way lies madness. π
I'm not trying to diss you in any way, please believe me, but I honestly thought this was obvious ever since The Truth - his version never made sense and him destroying the other group (and maybe more?) was the only thing that did make sense - it leaves fewer plot holes. He's been shown as creepy and moreβ¦

There's creepy Realtor guy, so not all the menβ¦
I hope there's another big twist coming, because I'm being taken out of the story with too many questions that keep popping up in my mind, plus observations on all too many problems with the whole Wayward Pines master plan. Plus too many people doing stupid or unlikely things just to advance the story. The cast is topβ¦
Your reading comprehension is shot, although the poster's creative punctuation and capitalization does not make it easy to comprehend.
She chomped off his ear, did not bite his neck. She did it to force him to heal himself, confirming her suspicions that he could do so.
Roper, the Pinkerton dude, was a rapist (can't believe his threat to Vanessa was an isolated one). Therefore NOT heroic. Sorry, rapey = seriously bad guy.
I believe Lily possibly figured out Dorian's secret because she remembers being Brona and when she had sex with him, she was severely ill with TB. Dorian said some things at the time (I don't remember what) that he wasn't concerned about catching it and dying. However, this does seem like a pretty big intuitive leap,β¦

Dave Foley was HYSTERICAL in this show.
The entire prior seasons are on Hulu (at least they were as of a couple of weeks ago). I will miss this show terribly. Three generations of my family would sit and watch it together, laugh together, and nobody got embarrassed.
This is one of my father's favorite shows. He's 85. But that aside, this show is not a "CW teen drama." I would hate it if it were. It's one of a host of shows the CW is adding to its stable that are aimed at an older, more discerning demographic. Not octogenarians, but skewing more mature as its core audience hasβ¦
I know! I shouted out loud "not Bronn!" π
More than a few critics have brought up the term "torture porn" when discussing this show. There's not sufficient space for me to go into why I think many of the show's decisions are wrong when choosing Not only what to include From the book but how to include it. Jamie's characterization has suffered tremendously,β¦
