I think MIB's such an old hat at this that he knows how to take the blows without major pain. Or, he's wearing thicker clothing to pad him from them.

Oh yeah. POI has a really interesting take on surveillance and AI (which seems like it's going to be quite different from Westworld's).

I thought Delores's difficulties with the gun were pretty clearly drawn as a parallel to William's at the beginning of the episode. She couldn't pull the trigger initially, but became able to do so when an element of personal pain was brought into the mix. Given that William is almost certainly human, the

Yeah, she's the only guest other than William who seems like a decent, interesting person. Well, MIB is interesting, but far from decent.

I was almost expecting a LMayD by the end of the episode.

Apparently Gotham did that to Poison Ivy.

House symbol is the easily-mocked bird.

Trump is the sort who would play FATAL specifically because it has a "dong size" stat and the opportunities to use it.

That sound you just heard was the producers realizing they had a new fan favorite that they could kill off without serious damage to the storyline.

The Man in Black was totally playing like a high level character who had to wade into a low level zone for something. Don't bother blocking, defending or taking cover, just one-shot auto-attack all the enemy mooks.

That would be one way to replace an actor/actress they don't like. Oops, looks like you're a robot, and you've been decommissioned. Quick, pull in a replacement from central casting to take over the role.

They also showed the ops guys asking whether they should slow him down. I'd imagine they do what they can to prevent griefing by manipulating the particularly violent hosts to not be around the storyline characters until their role is done or they can be replaced.

It's also plausible that the hosts have some sort of built-in sanitation system that cleans out STDs from the usual places, but doesn't extend to the stomach.

I suppose it's possible that the cleaning techs are also hosts.

Liar.

I had no issues with it. Given the business they're in, I'd be surprised if there were fewer fucks.

It's a bit weird to think that the hosts would have different body temperatures than humans. After all, since sex is a major attraction at this place, you think they'd want to go for full verisimilitude.

You have to imagine that there are a few restrictions on the guests in the main town (i.e., no fucking prostitutes in the middle of the square), and that guests with kids are warned as to where the brothel is.

I could see it working. Imagine each host has a daily schedule, which they go through unless A) they're part of a major quest (which should theoretically be a minority) or B) they're being sidetracked by a guest. You could get a lot of the "background" characters (prostitutes, townspeople, ranchers) to go through

I'll admit, I'm surprised I haven't seen any men working at the brothel. I suppose it may be a bit ahistoric, but I think the convenience would be enough to justify it. It would certainly help the straight female guests, and I have a feeling that a not insubstantial number of the male guests might say "hey, it's not
