I'm 99% sure that the Machine wouldn't have actually done that (and Finch knew she woudln't), but it was still a really chilling moment.

I'm thinking that it will end with Shaw surviving and becoming the new Analog Interface. The Machine/Root will figure out how to tap into her chip to create a sort of augmented reality, so they'll be able to see and talk to each other face to face.
I think part of it is that it's very bad form for a show to focus around an assassination attempt of the real life sitting president. Also, IIRC, they didn't show anything about Obama after 2013 (so it's plausible he didn't get his second term in-universe).
I think this episode highlighted another significant contrast between the Machine and Samaritan. As Greer said in the introduction, "to it, you're all irrelevant," even the President. Meanwhile, the Machine shows that even irrelevant numbers can be relevant if given the chance.
Sloan, the investigator from "Mors Praematura."
The escape from the roof makes more sense if you consider that the B-team is probably working a lot of things behind the scenes.
Thanks for getting this up!
To be far, Dr. Lekie probably isn't coming back.
It's a bit problematic that the aim of the suit was to destroy, not just to gain money; any charges that could have been covered by Gawker's insurance were dropped before the suit.
Enthusiastic endorsement: this would be a good idea.

You'd have to do some serious mo-cap CG to get the other aliens in, yeah. Unless you got the Hensen company involved.
I think it could make for a solid live action TV series, but it would be challenging to get the budget; it would need to run on premium cable and get near-Game of Thrones-level hype if the turians, salarians, and krogan were to be done properly.
I think the point was to see if it was a clean kill. A true faceless (wo)man would not hold a grudge like the Waif did.
Her hair and clothing were also different, and she didn't have Needle.
I still think "Arya" was actually Jaquen.
Alison prays, and an angel appears.
I get very frustrated watching the show live. On the one had, they have extra goodies like this; on the other, they'll have previews/spoilers for events later in the same episode.
In Canada it’s still the ‘90s?
At least one of my favorite non-Sunday shows got a timely review.
