The Revolting Cocks version is steeped in so much sleaziness that Rod Stewart couldn't touch it. Also, there's a alternate version version with a horn section which adds an extra layer of excess to a song that goes over the edge.

Though 'Fuck and Run' is an incredible song, I was going to offer Liz Phair's 'Chopsticks' as her quintessential one-night stand song. The narrative leads itself to everything that is one-night stand: the disconnect, the awkwardness, the guilt, and, of course, the lonely ride home…
Damn, I hate when I don't look at the computer screen. Hopefully the song has got heard…
Best version of Gotherd I've ever heard
was performed by a strange little band called Archdiocese. The track can be found here:
Supernaut
Wasn't he the guy who 1000 Homo DJ's sampled for the intro to "Supernaut?"
Meet The Applegates. Great concept, but the movie fell a little flat. Michael Lehmann has a lifetime pass with me due to Heathers
There's a shirt for it available:
I spoke with Glenn Shadix a while ago about his time on Demolition Man, and he had commented that he did not have a fun time on set. And that Stallone was surrounded by a bevy of strippers.
:: mistakes Rob Schneider for Pat Harrington, talks incessantly for hours about his character on "One Day At A Time"::
Alive - Beastie Boys
"J'ai des bonbons pour vous manger."/ I have candy for you to eat.
Praying Mantis
Honestly, I had found a spoken-word cassette he had done (Praying Mantis) for $1.00 in a bargain bin, and absolutely loved it. His whiny cadence somewhat radiated charm, and it was very appealing to me. I feel sad now that one of my favorite poets is dead. Then again, all the best poets are.
Can't forget the bombastic "Last Bongo in Belgium" which gave that awesome fucking beat for the Beastie Boys' "Looking Down The Barrel Of A Gun". Fave Bongo Band song for me? "Let There Be Drums". Tarantino needs to co-op that song as background for a title sequence.
Hail the brilliance of Michael McDowell.
Underapprecated performance
by Glenn Shadix as Otho. He adds such an air of pretension and slime to his interior decorator. Damn incredible performance. Made me also appreciate his turns in Heathers, Meet the Applegates and Sleepwalkers. And he's a dman nice guy, too…
ever see the video for "Day-O"? I can't believe MTV actually showed it… But it was a typical "singer-sings-the-song-interspersed-with-clips-from-the-tie-in-movie" type video…
I didn't see that coming…
I second this motion. Mr. Tobias, please make it so. I'm sure you guys could even couple it with an interview with Al about his masterpiece…
Love this film too much
Hell, I got the Warner Brothers Studio Store catalog in 1988 just so I could buy a Beetlejuice shirt (which said "Boo! Who?" in neon green on the back) and poster for my junior high era bedroom. Honestly, got a lot of shit from classmates for wearing that shirt, but I wore it with pride. You…
Yeah, give it up for the Pittsburgh boy!
Just a testament to the multi-layered work of Production Designer Bo Welch. Bo would later be set up by Glenn Shadix to go on a date with Catherine O'Hara. They later married. Fuck, now I sound like "Beetlejuice: the E! True Hollywood story"…
