Jeb is a big fat mess.
I liked this, but maybe it's just because I'm from Detroit and want to see a Detroit show succeed.
Wind Through The Keyhole was all journey, which is why it was so good.
These recaps of The Sopranos by VanDerWerff are to TV recaps what The Sopranos was to TV. I never get tired of reading them. Excellent work.

Why no Charlie's Cat Food Porter?
I liked the first episode of this show. I hope there are more like it in the days and weeks ahead.

You are right. Thinking back on it I think I was so surprised it happened was that it took place right in the middle of the book. I think it would be even more pronounced on TV. If the penultimate episode is a wedding, no one will be surprised at all when it goes south.

I think Big Love went from B level its first three seasons to F level its last two seasons. I know most shows fade over time but that one fell off a cliff.

I think Sopranos has held up extremely well. Especially the semi-maligned later seasons.

Book two is one of my favorite books ever.
Where would the movies cut to make it a three-film trilogy? Make books 1-3 into two movies, books 5-7 into a third and put the fourth book into the mini-series?
That was an amazing episode. I'd give this one an A. That is all.
Am I supposed to be impressed by M.I.A.? Is this supposed to be rebellious?
