I just noticed that the opening credits featured a spindle in action, which was later in the scene when Rumpelstiltskin was spinning gold.  The previous episodes do this also, so I'm now going to start paying attention to the opening credits and guess how that object or character may make an appearance.

I definitely agree.  Any episode that features Mr. Gold is more intriguing.

I thought the parents were a bright spot in this episode, they were just so delightfully campy and ridiculous and I loved the way they spit they lines out together back and forth.  I wasn't familiar with the actors, but I could tell that they were talented.

While, I don't envy their relationship, I thought the episode where they went salsa dancing did show Jay making an effort (with the help of some baby Tylenol he thought was LSD or something) to overcome his curmudgeonly ways to do something his wife would enjoy.  And Gloria was missing him so much that she didn't want
