Paterson Joseph.

Indeed. The TARDIS is supposed to help the Doctor with his regeneration and it picked a hell of a point in time this time.

YES! Peter totally encapsulates the whole fire and ice and rage thing. More than all of the modern Doctors (9 is my second favorite of the new batch…and 7 is my second favorite of the old…because of the audios and the novels mostly). I hope the new Doctor can fill some very very big shoes.

And can I say it's going to be a big loss for The AV Club to lose Alasdair? Because I'm going to say it.

Also, I love the Doctor's unrolled French cuffs this season. It looks very cool.

The Master would design something like that…

She was the worst with 10. She was absolutely fantastic with 9.

The memory wipe was calibrated for humans (as they said in the show). The Doctor's not human and was playing along when he was in Clara's 50's diner TARDIS. At least that's my interpretation.

HOLY FUCKIN' SHIT IT'S THE FIRST DOCTOR!!!!!!!!

Best Shadow? Orson Welles.

It's so dense. Every single density has so many things going on.

Slab Bulkhead!

The "can you read my mind" scene shortly thereafter is my pick for one of the worst superhero movie scenes.

Peyewma-man.

XIII!

It's so dense. Every single discovery has so many things going on.

God, I hope so. What are we paying her for anyways?

Do they play it twice as fast if they're believing all the way?

Don't you think?
