The first episode of Up All Night I watched was on hulu and I hadn't heard anything about the show.  I saw in the thumbnail that Maya Rudolph and Will Arnett were starring together in something and I got really excited.  I think I lasted through half the episode and then did something else.

Me too. Thankfully, because I have priorities that rank tv shows over sex, the possibility of actually getting sex are slim to nil!  So woo hoo!

When I saw in 4th grade, I got a stern lecture for saying I was giving up giving up things for Lent.  I thought I was being awfully clever, but my edgy sense of humor was a little too real for Mrs. Cicero's 4th period religion class.

It's an insanely good premise in general.  Mal was a perfect character, as were most of the crew (excepting Simon and Book, maybe), but I really loved the space western aesthetic, the cultural traditions people in isolation created, the relationship between the core and the rim, the Reavers, all the linguistic stuff…
