I didn't like him for the longest time when I started watching SNL semi regularly because they always have him play the straight man, and he just comes off a little smug as the straight man (especially as game show hosts, talk show hosts, the father in 'look who's coming to dinner' sketches, etc). I really warmed up…
His biggest contribution to The Daily Show was increasing the cast's average neck volume (NV) by like 50%
"How many types of cheese can you name?"
I watched this show before she was on it and enjoyed it, but the fact that she's not going to be around for future episodes makes it kind of hard to get excited about this show. You really can't introduce Caplan into a role that plays exactly to her strengths, give her chemistry with other major characters, and have…

Me too. Thankfully, because I have priorities that rank tv shows over sex, the possibility of actually getting sex are slim to nil! So woo hoo!
When I saw in 4th grade, I got a stern lecture for saying I was giving up giving up things for Lent. I thought I was being awfully clever, but my edgy sense of humor was a little too real for Mrs. Cicero's 4th period religion class.
Second worst!

Quit being such a douche bag, Dooshbaghe!
It's an insanely good premise in general. Mal was a perfect character, as were most of the crew (excepting Simon and Book, maybe), but I really loved the space western aesthetic, the cultural traditions people in isolation created, the relationship between the core and the rim, the Reavers, all the linguistic stuff…
I now live in Hawaii standard time, which is locked in a grueling 3 way tie for most irrelevant US time zone with Alaskan Standard and Mountain Standard Time.
I'll be in my bunk.
He was picked up by the Chicago Police on State Street babbling about how HBO is the new catalyst of narrative reinvention, or something. he smelled awful.
