I am so ready for that.
I am so ready for that.
Yes, you are speaking for everyone. That scene was everything. It's been in the works for years and to finally watch her admit that — in the 10th season — was beautiful.
They're everything that makes the show what it is. I don't know how the show will handle her absence. But they're already preparing us for an interns takeover (and that was very obvious in the premiere.)
It sucks that the two greatest friendships on TV (Mer & Christina and Leslie & Ann) are breaking up this season. I don't like this at all.
Yeah. I'm glad she's off doing her own thing, but I will definitely miss Brooks. She was my favorite intern from the new bunch (Jo has to be my second favorite.) I expected Shonda to off her, but I was still really heart-broken to see her go.
I'm shocked these people are still alive!
It's definitely worth it. The show has a lot of ups and downs (mainly during seasons 4 and 5.) However, there are gripping stories, tear-jerking drama, and so many interesting characters. I'm not saying it's transcendent, but It's a really, really fun show that it very, very addictive.
Sandra Oh tweeted this about the crying scene: "That scene was hard to do, nobody at work knew yet that I was leaving yet #GreysAnatomy" and then this, "That's how I felt/feel about leaving the show." — which of course bummed me even more. I can't believe she's leaving.
Exactly.
Yes, this is basically the show.
Me, too! Remember the epidemic in season 3 (I think it was in season 3) when everyone basically just dropped on the floor? I thought that was gonna happen here, too.
Right?? I'm very excited. I hope this is not just a one time thing.
I don't necessarily hate Huck but I don't care for him at all. He's probably my least favorite regular.
It really is.
It really was! But I just laughed. Poor Mellie.
Haha, exactly! I really wanted to know what McGee thought about the episodes!
Abby is a great character, in my opinion. She's stuck between her ideals and what Olivia wants her to be, a gladiator. And when we see that side of her, it humanizes her. It makes less sassy and more likable. And that's something we got to see in her relationship with David.
Ditto.
I got all giddy when I saw that this week's episode was reviewed! I hope it got enough viewership for them to continue covering the show.
Yes! Those two are just the best. Cy, Mellie, and Abby are probably the characters I'm most invested in at the moment and that's probably because of the actors.
