You're my favorite!

What Lemur said. He definitely seemed like more of a sad-sack fuckup than anything else. We're probably supposed to care what happens to him, but I don't think we're expected to admire him.

The Saints thing was pretty amazing. I hope they get that far.

Peter
I wouldn't be surprised if Peter has already figured it out for himself, and thinks he's the one with the big secret. He's a smart guy.

Now that you mention it, it doesn't seem likely that the AI machine will allow three Cute White Guy With Guitar idols in a row. It is the year of the Bowersox.

And a great performance by BadukuBot!

Goldilocks
I like Casey too, dammit. I grudgingly admitted it last week, which was around the same time last season that I grudgingly admitted liking Kris Allen. So hey, dark horse!

Exactly. And with Broca's there's always comprehension but some kind of fucked up speech. No more or less troubling than any other "eh, unlikely, but plausible" plot points we've been getting since the beginning.

I'm so glad someone noticed she's on ice, and can quote actual dialogue from the specific episode in which it appears. We are both awesome. I'm glad we figured this out.

That's immediately what I thought. And I'm pretty sure they put the wound in the wrong place, but Jack's diagnosis was entirely plausible if overly convenient. (read an Oliver Sacks book. No, really. Everyone's read those, right?)

Hurley was just repeating what Dead Mrs Richard said, right? So I guess she's been hanging around long enough to have seen MiB when he was Silas Adams.

I loved the Sidewayses! Ha-ha, he sent you halfway around the world to deliver your death money, and also, he stole your nest egg. Sad trombone. I've loved those all season. They're people I know pretty well, ultimately, and I'm sure they're headed somewhere, but I enjoy the what-if/butterfly effect stories as

I told that V graphic, out loud, to go fuck itself.

Seconded. I loved it. People be trippin.

And on top of those two distinct characters, we have current island Richard, who is in the process of regressing from Mr. Calm Assurance back to a terrified, supersitious Catholic slave in a way that makes complete sense and works beautifully. Nice job, BatManuel.

Wouldn't a giant wall of water knock down the statue (which by that time was probably pretty old), and the ship was just lucky it was floating on top of it at the time? Or, you know, Jacob did it.

I also love Charlotte, and I was hoping she'd say something about chocolate, or whatever it was she blabbered nonsensically about right before she died (see also: Juliet's coffee date). They're all drawn to each other no matter what their lives are like, and I think we'll eventually find out why.

I concur. Jacob wasn't around to nudge him. I'd been assuming that's where everybody's life changed, but I guess Jack didn't get touched till after he'd already had the kid and whatnot, so maybe the real splitoff goes back even further - if they never crash they never go back to 1977 and fuck shit up, so who knows

Mommy issues are the new daddy issues.

I'm pretty sure hotel room lady was Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, who was on Prison Break its last couple seasons, and also apparently a bunch of other stuff including 76 episodes of Nash Bridges. Also, I watched Prison Break, including its last couple seasons. Shut up.
