I agree with this. I'm as hardcore a DC guy as there is but enough is enough. The endless crossovers and crises are choking all the life out of the characters.

52 was the last really good thing to come out of the "DC Universe" IMO. The upcoming Batman and Robin has the potential for All-Star Superman - level greatness, if they chill out with the line-wide continuity and give the title a chance to breathe out on its own for a while.
I think you're right on the money there, El Santo. The pendulum is about to swing back to "fun" in a big big way.
Look at what they did to poor Lt. Barclay!
uuuchhhh
Really. Honestly.
I like this movie
Canadian Bacon came out when I was in high school- I don't think I realized it was by the Roger and Me guy.
Oh…I don't read JSA. I thought that the Kingdom Come world was just another one of the 52 Earths in the new Multiverse.
Come on, it's damn impressive that they referenced a comic book storyline that is happening right! now!
I think they're reprinting them or something. The Spider-Man Family anthologies had been reprinting Spider-Man 2099's origin fairly recently, but I thought I read there was going to be a trade paperback soon.
"A Pre-Zero Hour Mentality"
This is the greatest reference in the history of sitcoms.
Ibn al Xuffashch- doesn't he only exist in the Kingdom Come world? The regular DC universe has Damian Wayne, who is obviously going to be the new Robin.
Ezri Dax is definitely hotter. Jadzia had the better personality which is why I think everybody prefers her.
There was only DC and Image stuff in the shop, from what I noticed.
The bookstore I used to work for (part of a tiny regional chain) used to recommend that customers look on Amazon if we couldn't get the title in stock. I don't think Amazon is the corporate Godzilla this guy is making them out to be.
I agree.
The ATM machine
I think this was a good episode, but the capper with the ATM squishing the guys head and then shooting out dollar bills was a little too broad. That scene felt like it was from a different, hackier show (the skank actually kisses her fingers before tipping the ATM over? come on). The episode…
Anybody who uses phrases like "random humor" is obviously still in high school, so be nice to them.
NO KILL I
This is the best episode of the Original Series.
This show is a half-hour sitcom
masquerading as a drama. It can be one of the funniest shows on television, but the second the "dramatic" plotlines kick in the show loses me.
