To me, this wasn't as bad as everyone expected.
It is pretty far from the dretch of the bottom half of Happy Madison, that being said it isn't great.
I personally found the film to have some clever moments actually leaving a lot of Chekhov's guns.
I thought Sandler did a good job playing the classic stoic cowboy…
