What makes you think there needs to be a reason?  Nobody asks for a reason whenever a movie is shot in color.

Which image is it exactly?  Haven't seen that short in a long time, I can't remember.

But that doesn't make any sense, there's no "American" mafia.  Unless you mean the Italian mafia, I guess.  Part of the shows appeal comes from the clash of opposing cultures.  There needs to be a big difference between Walt and the criminal underworld he's trying to access, even if those criminals are rendered

My brother suggested that since Walter Blanco is Mexican, or whatever, the villains could be an asian mafia, like the Yakuza or Triads.

HOLY…I cannot wait for this, its too awesome.

The third guy from the left clearly knows 'Gunkata'.

HEY I'M MARC MARON!! I'M AN ANGRY BITTER ASSHOLE! SYMPATHIZE WITH ME AND UNDERSTAND MY PAIN!! WAIT. NO DON'T!!  I DON'T NEED YOUR FUCKING PITY!! FUCK YOU!!

HI IM MARC MARON!!!  WAAAA I HATE MYSELF!! MY CAREER IS GOING NOWHERE ALL I HAVE IS THIS CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED PODCAST AND TV SHOW!!  I RESENT SUCCESSFUL COMEDIANS SO I YELL AT THEM ON MY SHOW!! Yes, Elitist Trash.  I've always loved Do the Right Thing because of its complex presentation of racism, that it's not the idea of one politically homogenous group of people being oppressed by another, but a natural extension of being human, because among every group of people you're gonna find a bunch of assholes

It's hideous, depraved, taste-less…I really like it.

…I can't tell if you're being sincere.

Man, I really, really hate this guy.  I feel bad about it, because I think he means well, but I hate the way he takes corny sincerity and makes a joke out of it.  Outwardly, he embraces something like the Muppets and presents himself as a huge fan wanting to pay tribute, but he does it in such an ironically corny

Yes, whatever it's other shortcomings, I may have given this a chance if the character design was appealing, but these characters look terrible.  Theres a way to design ugly characters and still have them be aesthetically pleasing, look at the Rugrats, or the Simpsons, even Quasimodo in Disney's Hunchback.  But it

I just looked up Gavin McInnes, cause I didn't know who that was.  That guy looks like a huuuuuuuge asshole.

Shoulda stopped at II amiright? By III, they were really pushing it.

I agree, she's been much better. I didn't buy her as some drunk, crazy town slut with a failed marriage, she was clearly too young and way too hot.  Maybe she couldn't do anything else with that terrible dialogue, but her constant horrible screeching came off as a desperate, juvenile attempt at shock value.

"crappy people squawking at each other"

I'm surprised by all the praise that movie has gotten, its a by the numbers romantic comedy or manic pixie dream girl movie, only with grittier issues.  Its also incredibly shrill, the characters are constantly shouting and screaming and cursing at each other in this overwritten dialogue that has people saying exactly

I loved John Dies at the End, which I saw this week, but boy does it cut out big chunks of the book, and I was disappointed with the lack of characterization Amy got, especially considering she becomes an important plot point.  This is very wishful thinking, but damn I hope they adapt the sequel, which I don't think

That "Mazel Tov" line is infuriating.  I think it's thrown in there just because it's a stupid supposedly fun thing people say at parties when they're about to drink, usually by white kids.  Besides "mazel tov", I've heard the vaguely greek "Opa!", a spanish "Salud!", and "Cheers!"  I can't say these things without
