"the man i'm going to marry is a pillow biter." "not that there's anything wrong with that." "of course not!"

also, even when Littlefinger offered to take her away, she was engaged to Loras and I think living with a gay husband far away is more preferable than going on the run. but then she was forced to marry Tyrion. I would love it if Sansa was the killer. But they would have set it up better (showing her make the decision

yes I admit calling Bates Motel a procedural was a bit of a stretch. I think mystery might be a better term. I'm not saying that TP and BM are total clones but that I can see where the comparison comes from. It's about a town with very dark secrets, a melancholy tone (albeit with some comic moments) and a twisted

I think the similarities are more in atmosphere and mood. mix of melodrama and procedural

for gods sake alvy even freud spoke of a latency period!

I cannot wait to see this film. the premise is a good one, amazing cast (i mean, gandolfini and louis-dreyfuss seem like an oddly perfect match plus keener! as for the first-world problems issue, I think that is one of the most condescending, lazy and obnoxious non-criticisms (to me, it's like when someone calls a

I've loved her since her since How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. very funny work.

I went through the series for the 1st time this summer, watched Made in America last night. thanks for these awesome write-ups, they've really helped me to think about the show in a way I didn't think I would. The Sopranos was nothing like I thought it would be but in all the best ways. I'm still mourning Adriana's

Scarlett Johansson is from Brooklyn! and while I agree her character seems I guess antiquated but for me that's part of the charm. it's a change of pace for her where's usually playing seductive roles Match Point, the terrific VCB, He's Just Not That Into You, etc.

good movie, not my favorite but it has a lot of merit to it. my personal favorite undervalued Woody Allen movie is Scoop: goofy, charming, good mystery, Scarlett and Woosy cracking jokes together, magic.

so glad Frasier was brought up. that episode where Frasier takes Cassandra out for Valentine's Day but then doesn't know if she has romantic or business intentions is very, very funny. unfortunately it's the same episode with Niles' silent comedy scene so her work got overshadowed. but she was terrific on the show.

I cannot wait for the Jimmy/Karen tantrum that will follow all these changes. I hope Jimmy gets violent and Julia uses her stern voice to cut him down

he's bisexual, not gay. there's a HUGE difference

I agree with you 100%

I loved this episode so much! Haynes' direction was astounding (gotta see Far From Heaven again love that movie). I think you're being a little harsh on Amy, Erik. Sure, she brushes aside Tyler's worries about his friendship/relationship with Eileen but at the same time she gave him an out and he didn't take it. And

love this show great episode.

yeah I thought of Alias too. My family and I would make a game of figuring out whic episode the disguises came from in the season 4 credits. I also liked the remixed theme but the original credits were awesome (probably also because they came exactly at the right time during the episode)

Greenzo from season 2
