I have fairly mixed feelings about what they did with Cushing, but RDJ in Civil War and Kurt Russell from GotG2 were stellar, so, if that's the standard, I'm totally ok with it.

I didn't watch that, anyway, but I did watch Dexter, Warehouse 13, and Spartacus, so….I don't have a great excuse.

Was she a finalist? That's a bizarre show to even imagine.

Holy crap that's who that is?!? My wife roped me into watching the musical episode and I spent the whole time staring at her and trying to resolve her face in my mind. Not sure if it was costuming or makeup or something, but I couldn't place her at all.

I actually generally thought Wonderland was better than the show proper. Its biggest problem is that it didn't learn at all to work within its budget, but I thought it had a strong cast and a good narrative drive, whereas the main show has a wildly uneven cast and a confused narrative meander.

Right. Exactly. If in the show you're actively describing something as the "final [blank]," that should be a surefire sign that it should be the end. From a corporate synergy perspective, I get why it's hard to let this show go, even with slipping ratings, but it told its story, ran its course, and now it's getting

Of our many, many repeated ad nauseum in-jokes, this is the only one that has wholly and completely outstayed its welcome and I wish sincerely would go away.

After the backlash to the EW photoshoot, they've re-cast her in the role of Medusa in The Inhumans.

You're making choices not based on punchability of face, Dik. That's the whole dilemma.

If I could replace any one of Trump, Ryan, or McConnell, but I had to choose based solely on the punchability of their face, I would die of old age before taking action.

I just now realized that the bottom half of the GOP elephant is bathed in the blood of the innocent. At least their logo design makes sense now.

How does it compare so far to Dead Space? Are those even good comparables?

That's how you get BioShock 2.

The Last of Yu

Let me put this as succinctly as possible: no.

I was confused when you started, but NOW I get it.

Well, the FCC isn't wrong, because the FCC considers everyone who disagrees with their plan to be external actors preventing all of the "legitimate commenters" a.k.a. corporate shills, from explaining just how amazing the internet would be if it were much slower, much more expensive, and completely devoid of any

That was super super smart of you, because it was a wonderful, charming show…until it wasn't. And then it was the very definition of "the bitter end."

"Now USA just has to bring back Monk and Burn Notice so Tony Shalhoub and Jeffrey Donovan can join the Psych guys in an Avengers-style team-up."

Not that I ever had much love for 7th Heaven (and wasn't the target audience anyway), but that is a long, black shadow. So creepy.
