Judging by the technology and references it's present day, so flashbacks to Archer's childhood should go back at most to the early 80's, but flashback-Malory's clothes and behavior suggest 1920's or 30's.…

Eyballman: That was the season they started really pushing the U.S. broadcast (synching it up with U.K. dates, "We shot this episode in Utah!!!!", etc.) so I think they threw that in for the benefit of us stupid Americans. It was terrible, I'm glad its gone.
