I'm generally in favor of shows ending after three or four seasons, even though talented actors may end up out of work. People get upset over the premature canceling of Arrested Development, but could the insanity have really gone much longer? The first two seasons of Friends was good, until everyone stopped being

TV Show Endings
This mother-meeting talk has got me thinking of good/bad TV show endings. I thought "Seinfeld" was funny but not great, "Friends" neither funny nor great, and "Firefly" and "Freaks and Geeks" better series finales than most even though they were technically season finales. Thoughts?

F. Arty, I think that getting to know her runs the risk of us not liking her, which is bad. But keeping her "anonymous" might be a cop-out. I don't know, I'm not a TV writer (at least i dont think i am today).

That pic of Alyson is awesome, albeit mini.

Yeah, the Ted-Robin stuff might just be time waster. I guess they don't want to rush the mother stuff now that they have lots of time to draw it out. I'm sure no one really wants the mother to be introduced before the last episode. If "That's how I met your mother" isn't the last line of the show, I'll be dissapointed.

Ted Mosby: Sex Architect

I'm confused, is this a remake of a game that came out like 5 years ago?

How I Met Your Mother does that and it makes them seem more like real people. It would be a better "LAUGH NOW" indicator than a laugh track, certainly.

Well, yeah. But it's not like they have the same timeslot and you need to kill half an hour before Sheen and his terrible haircut make it off the airwaves.

It's one of those shows that gets better as you get to know the characters, even if an episode doesn't have any per se "inside" jokes.

My bad: there hasn't been a new ep of It's Always Sunny in a while. You win, AVC!!

It makes even less sense when you notice that "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" is on hiatus.

And because Sagat constantly refers to her as "Aunt Robin" and not "your mother."

Really, AVC?
I'm still surprised that you guys actually make an effort to review this show. Unfunny stuff in big funny words is still unfunny. It's barely better than Two And A Half Men.
