Surprised to see it at 36. History has not been kind to it for some reason, because it stands out among my top 10 or 12 of the decade easily. The soundtrack to that one is crucial as well, more than people give it credit for, IMO.

Also an upsate NYer, I was not even 10 years old when this show ended, but I distinctly remember his smoking, saying stuff loudly, and the people shouting "Mort, mort, mort", even then the guy's opinions struck me as quite bonkers, and it made a very specific kind of impression on me of what people in NY/NJ are like.

I actually miss the Sting gimmick poster who would talk about the matches he played on his nintendo64 or whatever (he tended to show up on the Seinfeld reviews) I miss that guy.
