The Uniforms… Aren't
Combining the DS9 and TNG uniforms was a bizarre and distracting cost-saving move on the filmmakers part. In episodes like "Birthright" and "Reliant," I was lead to beleive that starship and starbase uniforms were different, but "Generations" has both interacting on the Enterprise.

One think this movie did properly was updating the lighting and sets (Ten Forward looks wonderful in my opinion and I like the change to darker quarters.) while remaining true to the look of the TV show. The Motion Picture and Generations both got this right. If only the same thing could have been done to the scripts,
