Since it's sort of come up, I have a Nicholas/Kelly Brendon story I've been meaning to tell for a while. I was at my regular beer bar one afternoon some time ago, and I did a bit of a double take to see that both of them were sitting towards the end of the bar.

The SNL thing still seems crazy to me. I was probably two years ahead of him at Tisch and there was definitely nobody who had an ongoing writing gig at NBC in my class.

I'd like to think though that even on a bad day, I wouldn't find myself shouting at the screen at a film's world premiere.

When Walter was highly successful and making plenty of cash, he couldn't just let it flow to his family due to an ostensibly random circumstance like inheritance or anonymous donation - he

Why does Joey, the largest of the ingested Friends, not simply lodge himself in Ross's digestive track?

Nice. I know a lot of their older fans aren't happy with their more heavily produced recent albums, but I've enjoyed the stuff Rick Rubin's worked on. And they still put on a hell of a fun show live.

Any appreciation of Pequod's deserves a like, even from 2+ years from the future.
