@avclub-620982009915db2a0b4a49e224bad30c:disqus oh yeah, mixed it up with the actual restaurant name.  what a P4 rookie mistake!

@avclub-620982009915db2a0b4a49e224bad30c:disqus You would probably like the PS2 one since the anime closely adapts the story and makes lots of little references to the PS2-version gameplay experience itself, and you'll most likely have tons of time to finish it if you're waiting for the English Vita one (Atlus USA

re: 3 (is it ok for me to post an addendum in this thread too?) Persona 4 Vita has a bunch of cool-looking new features, but it's not out until spring even in JP region so nobody's going to have a final verdict vs PS2 until then.

for clarification I guess I meant all the young Olivia and Peter and abusive stepdad and so on stuff (from last year's flashback "Subject 13," the title of which I was too lazy too look up for my other post) makes it plausible that Amber-livia is Blue/Our-livia with a retconned timeline.   Same as having actual, s1

Me too, I thought this was all a Peter-less reboot of universe 1/2 until Peter said otherwise on the show and I went more towards the E3/4 theory a bunch of people have.  Now Peter/the show is going so hard on the "got to get back" theme that I'm  more convinced that Peter is wrong.

No sass to this summary implied but which ep is it that links Bell and DRJ in this way?  I rewatched In Which We Meet, Ability, and More Than One of Everything not too long ago and I *still* don't concretely remember where this is stated.  Or is it just that Bell is said to be supporting/funding ZFT?

Car eleven-king, car eleven-king, late 90's JRPG references sighted at TV Club and Wilshire

I'm not sure if this is @ me or not due to new comment system comprehension issues, but no, I don't think everyone needs to know the finer points of it being literally an on-spec trailer, but rather I wonder how gamers, who like movie fans or any other kind of fan are somewhat inured to the advertising tactics of

a game that was sold to publishers and gullible gamers on a purely spec trailer is bland?? what is the industry coming to!?

The Maquis may have been introduced for Voyager's sake, but their greatest contribution was probably the Sisko vs Mich-ael Edd-ing-ton!!! (Avery Brooks delivery approximation) arc on DS9, which was more of an RDM-originated submarine-movie intrigue thing that worked better than their other cornier appearances on

I hear WALTON SIMONS, or at least I thought I did when I first started the game

If you're not sure it's Bob Page, then protip for this playthru: don't skip the credits just because they're full of developer facebook photos.

That's exactly my point, way better articulated.  Game writers (not here as much, but I have seen this ALL over Kotaku et al) saying something on the level of "Deus Ex looks old so I can't get into it" is like a movie critic saying "I can't watch a black and white movie!"

its not just a GTA world-trolling thing, its that the first DX let you do this all the time, with dynamic, often hilarious impact: http://www.youtube.com/watc…  (first clip, sorry I couldn't find a better quality version of it).
