Somewhere on Earth-38, Cat Grant is beaming with pride, although she couldn't tell you why.

Try really contrived - it would've been so much better if his reason for benching her was "You're not known on this Earth, and the only aliens they know are bad ones, so just hang back for the moment okay?"
I legitimately shrieked with glee-filled delight at Ray's cousin comment.
The juxtaposition of creepy whisper whilst geeking over the Flash was an unexpectedly hilarious moment for me.
That alone would make him my favorite new Arrow character, but I like him for many other reasons too.
I've constantly been impressed by Neely's work across all the shows. He's given almost every character fantastic themes that fit them so well, and he interweaves them in the crossovers effortlessly.
What you said about the CW being slow to cancel is why I'm happy so many of the shows I watch now are on that channel - I know they'll get more of a chance to prove themselves than they would on any other network.
On the one hand, I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic who likes stories where people find themselves drawn back to each other no matter how the timeline changes.
On the other hand, I really don't like when people cheat on their respective romantic partners and we're supposed to be okay with it because they're "meant to…
Maybe Lisa can help bring back old Cisco - they always had a great chemistry.
I wonder if she's even going to mention this little escapade to her group since she was spirited away in the privacy of her apartment. But if she does tell them, it better not be off screen - I require reactions!
The "where is their livelihood coming from" question can be applied to several characters on both Flash and Arrow. Barry is the most recent addition to this list, joining: Caitlin, Cisco, Felicity, and all of the Arrow recruits (except maybe sculptor/welder Rory).
HR seems to be working on that problem - not sure if he's going to be successful though…
I find it interesting to hear the perspective of an outsider coming in and figuring things out on the go; I've been in that position with several shows and I've tended to find it a fun challenge to try to piece together the backstories. But that could be just a weird quirk of mine.
Anyway, welcome!
No, you're not the only one. Any justification Cisco might have for feeling the way he feels towards Barry is being completely undermined by his passive aggressive attitude and childish, petty actions.
My parents and I are making watching these crossovers a big family-coming-together event, so they had to endure my massive geeking out moment when I saw the Hall, which I then had to explain.
I have to be honest, Cisco's the one I'm getting fed up with. It's not that he doesn't have reason to be upset at Barry, it's just the passive aggressive nature of his anger. I hate passive aggressiveness. Coupled with his forcing Caitlin to out herself, I'm starting to actually dislike Cisco, and I'd accept any…
Oooh, I kind of love that theory! Mind you, I love Ella in general, so I won't be disappointed if she just keeps on being a delightful human.
I've historically loved most "out of phase" episodes to begin with, but this might've been the best application of that concept I've seen yet. As pointed out in the review, the dual perspectives of the scenes was a fantastic and well done touch.
I might've gleefully exclaimed "Brian!" aloud when he appeared.
It may be my not-so-inner geek, but I was a sucker for the Star(Wars and Trek)-Crossed Lovers development in "Stranded". I hope they continue to develop it.
