You'll never guess who's in that safe! It'll drive you crazy!

To be honest I haven't seen many western films… just a handful for a couple of college classes. I enjoyed The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (and who didn't, really?) but appreciated The Ox-Bow Incident for its calling mob justice and the ugly side of human nature into question. I appreciate the westerns that challenge…
Careful what you wish for. I saw Rickman in a short film on PBS with production values barely higher than that. By Grabthar's Hammer, what a dreadful bore!
You get two, two, TWO evil-sounding British guys for the price of one! What a steal!
I'm kind of iffy on westerns… for instance, I really liked Gunsmoke (not the Capcom game Gun.Smoke), but it was mostly for the dramatic situations which still have profound impact over thirty years later. However, Bonanza just doesn't hold up… the characters and situations are just too flat.
Crappy things copy great things all the time! For example, practically every spoof film from the 2000s.
On top of everything else that makes this episode great, the voice cast is utterly sublime. You've got David Warner AND Malcolm McDowell AND Michael Bell, along with Kevin Conroy's usual strong performance and a surprise appearance by Elizabeth Montgomery in her last role ever. It just doesn't get any better than…
Look on the bright side, folks! Showdown is next, and it stands up there with the best episodes of the series. It gets bonus points for bringing together David Warner and Malcolm McDowell, two of my favorite (and underrated) actors who worked beautifully together in the film Time After Time.
(my brain waves a little white flag)
Yeah, this episode was a bit of a buttnutter. Not much to say about it, although it's important to note that in this continuity, Alfred was a diplomat… he smoothed over conflicts between warring nations, rather than engaging in espionage.
Hey, will she perform a duet with Orville Redenbacher?
I was just excited they got the voice of Scrooge McDuck to play that guy. In the decidedly less impressive Love is a Croc, they hired Jeff Glen Bennett to play the character in a very brief cameo appearance. That was only one of the ways that episode was a disappointment.
I'm convinced the economy in Gotham is so lousy that there's only three jobs for ordinary schlubs… paper pusher at Wayne Industries, henchman for one of Batman's enemies, or security guard for one of the warehouses the henchmen rob.
Yeah, that's got to be the one. Why don't I ever come up with these?! (pulls out hair)
Because you're doomed to repeat it?
Ah, a sensible review at last!
Sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with this review as well. I enjoyed this episode. It was exciting to see how the writers would handle Bane, knowing that they couldn't actually end his encounter with Batman the same way they did in the comics. Having Batman turn the tables by giving Bane an overdose of his…
The film was crap, but those are two quality voice actors. Bite your tongue!
He's consistent, I'll give him that.
Because like the Riddler with his pilfered jewels, it cleans you out in the end?
