Having your wedding someplace haunted seems like a great idea, weddings are usually boring as fuck.

I've only seen him on the Daily Show along with bits of the special, but I've always liked the style of his jokes a lot, especially the subdued delivery. I can see where some people might not prefer it, but the level of hate some people seem to have seems excessive considering how inoffensive his whole act is.
"Cham-pagen?"
Log, I haven't seen the show, but I wondered about that when I heard about it. All of the tension of the original manga series relies on explanatory monologues and "if he knows that I know that he knows that I know" type reasoning. It's hard to think what animation would add.
Thoughts so nice I posted them twice, apparently.
Did they show any clips of the desk drives in the last week of shows? I've missed out on the last 6 or so years of Conan, but I fondly remember those drives.

Felix—nice one. I saw the Stackenblocken skit once, years and years ago, and it permanently took root in my brain as a source of unending funny. The only downside is that I can't explain it to anyone else without getting weird looks.
"(1) Odysseus spends episode after episode, I mean, chapter after chapter trying to get back home. "
I remember sneaking into this movie with a friend when in high school. We both hated it and bitched about it for years afterward. I can't imagine how we would have felt if we'd actually paid for it.
It's a thread for aspiring copyeditors, what did you expect?
Nicely done Mr. von Salsa. Indiana Jones is the first thing that came to my mind at the mention of swinging blades.
Regardless of how the time-travel-changing-the-past-new-memories thing is supposed to go, Jin's appearance has changed somewhat over the seasons, in keeping with the castaway lifestyle. Heck, I kept getting distracted by his curly locks, maybe Rousseau was too.
I don't know, I'm usually reading three or four books at a time, and a big reason for that is when I can't find or forget the book I'm reading and so start reading something else. Plus, there's definitely an appeal to being able to carry a set of books so I can choose what to read depending on what I'm in the mood…
Oh my, that litany of names just brought it all back for me, I remember the whole family gathering 'round to watch that show. I may have to buy the DVD's for nostalgia alone.
