I forgot about that second time in the Scrubs episode. Yeah, I think Travis' ecstatic celebration as Bobby uses the Neti Pot bumps it above the slam dunk, but below the pen picking up. Either way, it's got to be a record.

Bill Lawrence, himself, actually did the slow-motion scene set ironically to this song previously in Scrubs. I think it was the scene where Dr. Cox dunks the basketball while Turk and JD watch in awe. Bobby using the Neti Pot might have worked even better though.
