I don't remember plot holes. As for the rest:

1. Louie
2. Mad Men
3. Fringe
4. Archer
5. Portlandia

This is heartbreaking.

Wow, we really have to up the commenting. Our numbers today were weak-sauce. So, here's some pointless blather.

I'd agree that they're all (at least the ones I watch) were a downturn in quality, but I'm not sure "noticeably worse" is quite accurate. I guess it's technically correct, since they're technically not as good, therefor worse, but I think of P&R 4 as just, not as good as P&R 3 or 2, but better than P&R1, and I see

The very same. I've always had a soft spot for it. It was one of those things where it was relatively new when I was young so I watched it quite a bit. I appreciate the naive romanticism to it, still. Many of the more recent super hero films are better conceived, and made, technically, I guess, but that one has a ton

Ok…the Top 5 would look something like this (and I have some serious gaps in my viewing, and some of these I haven't seen in quite some time, also it is only accounting for the big mainstream stuff (ie., no Ghost World etc…):

I liked The Dark Knight more than "kind of," but I always felt a little underwhelmed compared to how every other person on the planet seemed to react to it. Like, I'd put it in with my top 5 comic book films of all time, but that's about as far as I can go with it.

So I guess there's this Batman movie? Is it worth the time? For someone who kind of liked Batman Begins, and liked The Dark Knight a little more…is it as good as facebook and twitter are telling me it is? Or is it another solid action movie with a ton of sulking and "gritty" "realism"?
