It might have been from '75 (I can't remember) but Nashville may very well be my favorite film ever.

@avclub-b62a8937e3279853ee5b66cf76558278:disqus  exactly—HuffPo is saying that 17% of Obama supporters and 36% of union households voted for Walker.  While that is a total bummer for this election, I like the idea of people abandoning the hard and fast party line.

I think the most telling number from the exit polls (and one that provides at least some cold comfort) is that 60% of the voters seemed to think the recall was being misused in this instance.

Interesting, I always felt "Until the Day is Done," was a bland imitation of 90's R.E.M. with some of Stipe's most banal, cliche-filled lyrics.  The idea of it being their last "great" song kind of blows my mind as there are at least 3 songs I prefer to it on Accelerate, and several I prefer on "Collapse Into Now."

Also, if you haven't already, don't watch Altman's film until you're done with the series.  It took me several years after watching the film before I was able to appreciate the television show again.  That's how impressive the film is.

Watched the game on TV with friends, whenever the cameras showed Seacrest, somebody inevitably said, "You're more handsome than the guy who is famous for being handsome."

ok…so, this board has peaked my curiosity re: Moral Orel.  Is there a legal way to watch the episodes that aren't on the volume 1 DVDs?
