Harmon tweeted this about 2 hours ago:

Ok…I'm sticking to the Comedy Central years, though.  Also, I'm matching them more up with their community characters.

Great list.  Nice find.

It would almost be as if NBC were accidentally innovating network television.

It's totally going to be 4.

If this has already been discussed, I apologize, but when, at the end of his review, Sepinwall wrote:   "Didn't love this one overall, but the last scene was excellent, and in turn sets things up nicely for a very strong episode next week"—does that mean he's seen next week's? Or is he guessing?

Moderately funny reminds me a great deal of "Medium talent."

You know, just finished a rewatch of CLU—and it definitely played better second time through.

Nicely said, regarding the Greendale sucks, bit.  I think the way I want to read this scene, and maybe it was intended as such, though it didn't really come through on the screen, was that "Greendale Sucks" is more of a self-loathing move.  I like the idea that these characters are frustrated with their progress in

I can see your point, to a point, but ultimately have to respectfully disagree—I think they've done some tremendous character work with Abed and Troy, and Annie is starting to get her due.  In fact, I'll even throw Britta and Shirley in the mix and say the only two characters I'm unsure about this season are Jeff and

Well, they did cut away during Starburns' initial greenscreening, so who knows what else went on in there.

You might be right.  I've actually been trying to think back to episodes like "Competitive Wine Tasting"…and I think I definitely prefer tonight's to that.  But maybe that's not fair because CWT might be my least favorite half hour the show has produced.

After last week, I was riding high on the serialization.  This week, I'm down on it again.  And Todd nailed the review.  I think I got more laughs out of it than some, so I went with a slightly higher grade, but this was such a  "pieces" in motion story, and I'm not sure we've had enough Greendale frustrations this

It's a weird one for me, in a good way.  There are albums I probably enjoy a little more, and think are a little better, but Automatic was released when I was in middle school, just when I was discovering music.  I basically grew up listening to and learning to understand the album through high school, so it's a

Born to Run is one of my favorite late spring/early summer albums.  Great for windows down driving.  Also, Born to Run and Thunder Road are excellent karaoke jams.

My all around favorite, when considering nostalgia and quality, is R.E.M.'s Automatic for the People.

These are my top two, as well.

ok…322 is starting to sound very appealing, now.

I've been thinking the same thing.  I was thinking about the debate about this episode's character work vs. it just being a funny episode, and the recurring criticism all season long that moments haven't been earned, and it struck me that many of those moments have been earned, but not always in the specific episode

Ok…you folks talked me down.  Good job.
