I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it yet—but the actor who plays Sweets/Dracula was ALSO Eleazar in the last Twilight movie. So he's running the entire vampire gauntlet with his choices!

I've seen adds where Ethan comes back and hugs Vanessa at the house, so I know he comes back, and I think that yes, he does have to save her, in some way—probably by ripping out Dracula/Sweet's throat. :-P

This was one of the rare moments where I liked him. Normally he reminds me way too much of the inspector from House.
