Re: Catherine Wheel’s album covers are proggily atrocious.

I heard "You Oughta Know" at a wine store today after a tasting. I told a manager it was the angriest song I had heard there.

You're well within your rights to hate that (or any other) song. But it's as representative of other New Radicals songs as "Creep" is representative of Kid A.

Amen, brother.

Thank you for being the first commenter in a while who can spell "Oughta."

She was forbidden by her label even to meet Wesley Willis.

All famous teenage singers receive all their money and remain rich the rest of their lives.

Lance Armstrong may be an international disgrace, but at least he got free of Sheryl Crow.

Was his daughter Wesley Willis‽

I'm sad minus tracks never really caught on.

A little toooo random.

The dumbest thing I've ever heard on the radio is a Florida DJ saying you'd burn your feet if you did that.

I had polar opposite reactions to the song on the radio and the video on the Internet. There ought to have been some way to put that video on the radio.

The older I get, the harder it is to believe I ever wanted to live in Virginia.

Does Ace of Base not count as a band?

I have a soft spot for "Joining You." The lyrics are awkward, but it doesn't lend itself well to a Starbucks acoustic album.

Someone clearly knows one whole New Radicals song!

I'd leave "Ironic" and remove "Head Over Feet," the only misfire on the album. "Ironic" is Quantum Theory compared to anything big now.

I've caught myself complaining about "Two Princes Can't Be Wrong" and realized that wasn't accurate.

They're still Kara's Flowers to me. Whose cassette I sold for 25¢.
