It's not that gross in the grand scheme of things, but the whole coffin scene with Luke and Lorelai sort of creeped me out.

I'm only three seasons in, but "Dead Uncles and Vegetables" is the worst episode, followed by "Five O'Clock at the Oasis."

A tragic, horrible loss.  Without him to build a show around, this last decade of television would have been totally different and far worse.  The Sopranos is the best drama of all time and he was a great actor.  R.I.P.

The GoodFormant.

That's funny because from what I recall, it's aged really, surprisingly well- I think it's all the black and silver tones used throughout.  Glad Mann went with that and not Arizona Diamondback teal and purple.

I thought the Asian guy was Cesar.

CDNow.com used to have great band biographies, but what it also had were amazing pages that listed the artists that influenced a band.  That + Napster and later WinMX = I'm the only person at my high school who could mumble along to "I Will Dare."

I'm sorry, the answer we're looking for is On the Waterfront.

Did Rose Byrne fall for that rich jerk, played by Bill Pullman?

I preferred the Michael Bublé version.

Comrade Pig, glad I wasn't the only kid freaked out by Jupiter's great red spot.

HAIL ANTS

Thanks, AV Club, for reminding me that Watchmen is not the worst movie I've ever seen.

If mailing back a Netflix DVD isn't an accomplishment, I don't know what is.

Yes!  What an amazing little summation of so much of the Lorelai - Rory relationship and their lives in Stars Hollow.  And a great song too.

'Cause it was a movie about Prawnnnnnnns.

I always appreciated him as someone who wasn't willing to turn off his moral compass while criticizing art.  Not a moralist, but someone who didn't keep the categories separate.

Had only barely heard of the guy, but wow, great interview.  What an interesting career.

He fixes his attitude?

Hey you!  Join the Navy!
