"While I applaud Dan Harmon for resisting the urge to unearth never-before-seen professors every time a new character is needed, Elroy’s disconnection from the world demonstrates the advantage of that approach."

I feel like Community has sort of hit a plateau. A plateau where everything is still Community and still funny and really enjoyable, but doesn't reach the stratospheric heights that it once did. Granted you also don't get any bad episodes either. I think apart from it being in it's 5th (4th) season the budget has…
This theory is reminding me of the dark/light internal conflict in the Jak and Daxter games.
Holy shit I just realised how perfectly this back story plays into Hei Bai and his transformations :o
Since the "Beginnings" review isn't up yet and I can't hold it any longer… Beginnings is the BEST. FUCKING. THING. OF. THE. ENTIRE. SERIES. EVEN THE ORIGINAL AVATAR. My god. I'm saying this as a person who was severely dissapointed with book 2 up till this point. I think it saved the series.
ho. lee. shit.
"At the end of the powerhouse premiere last week, I thought: Well, it's all downhill from here."
How wrong you were.
Thank you for pointing out what was so horribly wrong with this episode. I was actually disgusted by the poor quality of the animation, and you hit the nail on the head with the blinking. This Studio Pierrot has a truly appalling lack of attention to detail. WE NEED STUDIO MIR
God damn. I just can't even comprehend what happened. You broke me bad Vince.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Blood would be shed.
Fuck you Skyler! *Punches her car to pieces*
Same here. I took it as Community parodying itself and laughed my ass off.
Same, and I'm saying this as a hardcore fan who been with the show since season one and raved about to everyone at high school even though no one else had heard about it :( It's really sad to see it turn out this way.
Faith fucking restored.
The ring girl gag was good because of the way they filmed it and how short it was, but the electrocution gag was sickeningly horrible.
No way was this better than last weeks. Last weeks gave me quite a few good laughs, spooked me out a couple of times and was entertaining. This I only laughed once (at Britta on the rope) and it just wasn't that entertaining at all.
After thinking about it, what the hell can Hank do right now? The Heisenberg, the mastermind, the fuel of this entire meth operation he's been hunting down is his brother in law. If he gets him done in then he's most likely fired, Skylar is probably going to jail too, Walt Jr and the baby are left with nothing, he has…
