This can't be right. Of the 106 missing episodes, only 105 can potentially be found, because one episode was never telerecorded onto film for sale to other countries: "The Feast of Steven", the first "Doctor Who" Christmas episode.
There's an infamous one in The Man with the Golden Gun, when, during a fight scene, Roger Moore bumps a guy into a dresser, causing the dresser mirror to move just slightly enough as to reflect the entire goddamn camera crew.
