They also have left parts of the houses unbuilt and just not shown it in the episodes. They're more sets than livable situations.

@PrairieDawn— I did find the movie to be pretty loud overall, especially when the kick music was playing, but I definitely wasn't screaming to be heard afterwards. I think it was a theater thing.
I'm confused
I was an anime fan back in the day and all the cons I went to cleared the room out after each panel. Why does Comic Con let people seat hog for hours? Seems like a simple solution.
Hey, they're making Hunchback of Notre Dame, which in the original had a lot of whoring and dying. Everything seems up for grabs these days.
I can't remember which comedian it is, but I want to live in the society where crazy shit happens all the time and all our movies are about a guy eating toast. It would be more believable then this— I have a great destiny, but I deny it— bullshit.
I didn't see YSH until I was probably too old (17, I think) and it's pretty attrocious. The CGI (the first use of CGI in an American feature film!) is mind-shatteringly terrible. And the plots pretty dumb.
@mcc— I had the same question. Maybe god decided he should throw in a regicide with all the human deaths.
White Collar
Was surprisingly good tonight. But that green screen was terrible. Glad to know some shows play to their strengths, even if I keep hoping "The Good Guys" will figure it out.
Did the unrated cut, what, DrDarkeny, what???? I have to know!
@El Santo— Um, it's the "projector equipment" that we're supposed to focus on as a not-subtle double entendre. And yeah, there's worse in Maxim, but this is an add from a mainstream magazine.
Still fun, still waiting for it to get good
I liked the episode a bunch more than Todd, evidently, but the show's character dynamics (which should be its strength) haven't improved much. We get that he's still moaning over his ex-girlfriend. Move on to something else, already!
Yeah, I was willing to buy Dan planting the evidence. But it's still unbelievable he even somewhat got away with it— he should have been put on desk duty or some such, at the very least.
Blackadder, all seasons and the specials, are available on Netflix streaming.
Cowboy Bebop.
That is one crazy show. I saw the pilot and thought it would never get on the air, but evidently I was wrong. The businessmen were weird…
Best line of the episode
"But it's a bad neighborhood."
Coma Chameleon was awesome! You take that back!
The television executive in The Tv Set had her twelve-year-old choose all the network shows. Comedy imitating life, everyone.
I am eagerly awaiting Death Note's adaptation— it should be a cake-walk for anyone with some sense, but I know it will just end a mess of overpacked dreck.
Writing a decent genre script does not make you a good writer. It means you're a good to excellent director with other skills.
