That's not the actual clip from the Hellboy movie, is it?  That's not what I remember seeing at all, and it sounds like someone doing a bad John Hurt impression instead of the man himself.

There was also the Blind Master, but he appeared far more than just once. He first appeared with Jinx when Billy, Cobra Commander's son, was sent to train with them. I know way too much about the Larry Hama comics.

Cool Story, Bro
I would have sworn that Ian Abercrombie was dead, but then I realized I was thinking of Alfred Gough, and I confused the two since they both played Alfred the Butler, which is odd, since I never watched Birds of Prey.

Definitely not specific to music
I have to add my objections to the fact that the arrested development is specific to music. It's not - I have plenty of friends who don't think a movie is going to get better than Pulp Fiction or Billy Madison, and the same holds true for books. They don't even go to movies or read

I highly recommend I, Claudius - I show it to my students each year, and they love it! I'd also second Cheers, Andy Richter, and Rome. I'm not so sure on The Corner, though…it was good, and great seeing elements that would make their way into the wire, but it was just so tough to watch. You love Bubbles, but

Yeah, there's no better arc than the Adina Watson story - heck, she even turns up in the finale movie.

Nevermind, it's not DS9, according to down below…

again, excellent news - I've had the complete series for a while, but I've only made it through the first three seasons. I'll look forward to watching this along with everyone! And maybe, will they tackle the Wire S1-4 after Homicide?

Season 7 of TNG had its moments (I really liked Gambit, Parallels, The Pegasus, Lower Decks, Emergence, and All Good Things… couldn't have been stronger).

Ghost in the Machine
It might not have been very good, but it did feature a babysitter being paid to flash her charges - 12 year old me gave that movie 4 stars.

Cool story, bro
I always liked him on the Jackie Thomas Show. And then when I saw Office Space, I thought he was Michael Bolton, but then when I saw him as the guitarist on Freaks and Geeks I knew he wasn't.

Go for it!
My favorite part of this review is the guy going for the gold with purple dress blonde to the left. Do it, Doug!!

Glad to hear all the Alex Robinson love - and Bill Haverchuk is right, BOP is hilarious. I'm going to second JMS's Rising Stars. I thought it fell apart a little by the third volume, but I was still a big fan. I'd probably also recommend his "Midnight Nation." And speaking of super-hero-y books like Rising Stars,

I'd recommend Alex Robinson's books, especially Box Office Poison - a sprawling Soap Opera of a comic in some ways, but also an honest look at the life, relationships, and careers of a group of friends. Tricked is also really strong.

I was actually intrigued, because I love sandwiches things with fritos, and a real fritos chili pie is a thing to behold. I think Noel's right, stuffing things with chips is the next big thing. But, now I'm sad, because this sounds gross. Ah well, I'll have to keep hand-stuffing myself.

John Mayer is a twit
I'll always remember when I realized this the absolute most. He started calling the Ron and Fez show because he was a fan, and he was a bit of a token celebrity friend of the show. One time, he called in and they didn't make enough ceremony for him, or something, and he actually asked, "you do

A little disappointing
I'd grade this a little lower, but it can only suffer in comparison to the source material, of course. I understand they couldn't squeeze everything in, but they left out some of my favorite episodes, while keeping the Kryptonian astronauts, one of my least favorite. Seeing him at Pa's grave

I'm the opposite - I love Mitchell and Webb look, but I could take or leave Peep Show. And that's a bad miss!

If they bring all of DS9 to Netflix instant, I'll start feeling bad that I already picked them up by taking advantage of Borders' lax return policy a few years ago. Of course, that did also get me the complete Bone…nah, I'm fine.

Dexter anyone?
I'm somewhat surprised nobody has mentioned Dexter. Sure, he kills the "bad guys" most of the time, but he's doing that to feed his desire to take lives. Trinity had a good point - at least he wasn't so nakedly enjoying his rituals as Dexter does. At least if a crimnal is executed by our justice
