That Wolvhammer album totally took me by surprise.  I expected by the books crusty sludge but got one of the best albums of the year.

I loved Cigarette Burns from Carpenter.  I couldn't believe how terrible The Ward was though.  How do you fuck up hot girls in a mental ward?  That film was completely soulless.
