Did anyone catch what Tenzin said when Rohan opened his eyes? It almost sounded like he was disappointed by something. I thought there was going to be some big reveal about the kid not being a bender, or at least not an airbender. Did that happen?

She was actually Midge from Mad Men.

The historical ones generally tend to be my favorite, like Homer's Luftwaffe line. You all know it.

Well, as Freaky Beatnik, she probably had to do a lot of unsavory things to get by.

I love that "the rest" includes Maggie and the TV.

Did there seem something odd about Amon taking Tarrlok hostage? It seems like he should have just left him in the cabin. Maybe the two ARE connected, and Amon only pretended to de-bend Tarrlok to fool his troops who didn't know the two were in cahoots ok this is too convoluted never mind.
You're probably right. But there's no way that you typed "Zuko wanders the world as an ambassador for peace" without it giving you some pause. Even if he's not Amon, that's pretty silly.

Exactly. Imprisoning someone forever is insane. You can't do it without a whole apparatus dedicated to it. even if he had some kind of Oldboy secret private prison, he's dealing with the most powerful being on Earth. Just kill her and worry about in 20 or so years, when the next Avatar maybe has a vision of it.

F'sho. This was evident when Team Avatar was driving around patrolling. She was leaning waaaaay back in the seat, steering with one hand like a baller.

Maybe the flashbacks were supposed to tell her more than that.

All good points. Like I said, the thing that really did it for me was his fighting style. There's a purposefulness to it that reminds me of Zuko. It's seems too unique and particular a style to not be a clue.
