I just watched the entire first season in the past two weeks, so the first season callbacks were very fresh in my mind. Nicely done.

Anyone who didn't watch Community from day one has a first show. For me, it was the My Dinner With Andre episode. Imagine that being your introduction to Community! Obviously I didn't get much of the subtext, but I loved that someone could do a five-minute monolog on a sitcom and I got sucked in.

Since Claire's mom is played by Shelley Long, I find it written exactly what I would expect from someone who's mom was played by Shelley Long.

Tonight I just started watching the first season. (I started with the My Dinner with Andre episode, finished season 2, looped back to watch the beginning of season two, and watched the MDwA episode again [almost like watching two different shows.) And I've been watching season 3 as it airs.
