First time I saw that idea (not the term) was in News Radio when Jimmy had Matthew pick out all the gifts he would buy his rich and famous friends (I only remember specifically Matthew saying he should buy David Geffen CDs).

I generally lurk and do not comment, but my page views count the same, so let me take a minute and say that a really enjoy these reviews, and I hope they return for at very least the next season.

Uncut is ALWAYS better…

It's most notable with white players being "scrappy" (see Eckstein, David and Welker, Wes) and the like. I think they have largely gotten away from "articulate" for black players. But, in the case of Jason Heyward, e.g., they made sure to mention that he was "raised well" by his highly educated parents.
