They weren't used too heavily and when they did show up, they made the most of it.  I thought they were generally great.  I also felt like now the nominees didn't feel so anxious about getting picked on, so they were more willing to play along, like with Daniel Day-Lewis doing the E. I actually liked the song okay, too.  It's nice to see her experimenting musically.  Even if she's got really famous and rich parents, I like that she's trying to exert some kind of creative autonomy.
