I just torrented the first few episodes, cause I didn't want to be envious of 10mn people living a few hundred miles across a stretch of water. I think this season is much better than the other series as well.

Spoilers… keep your goddamn thoughts to yourself. I'm on the BBC UK timeline (haha, no ads!), and I can suppress the urge to post bullshit that's gonna get you killed in real life.

In reality - we've seen it in prev. Who eps. The boyfriend/close family member/other reoccuring character dies. Then gets reincarnated in a later episode, via some complex but understandable reason. I'm not trying to make a spolier, but you can see it half a mile off.
