I enjoyed Ennis' Punisher stuff too, especially the goofy non-MAX runs. I also liked Hitman a lot, which was similar in tone.

If you do, the Swamp Thing run they dicuss in this interview is both wonderful and readily available.

tropeofmonkeys: Garth Ennis wrote Preacher, not Grant Morrison.

He said it in the interview: Marvel and DC comics, non-fiction, and newspapers.

Same for me. I didn't see Rosemary's baby until I was 27 or so, but I loved it.

The psychology class at my high school used to watch "Flatliners" during the unit on death, and everyone had to get permission slips signed to watch it because it was rated R.

Seeing as how it's in the music section and all. So how's the music?

It's one of the best things Joyce ever does. She's SO out of her element in most of Buffy's world that she can't do much to affect it, but she knows exactly how to protect her daughter in that situation, and she goes for it.

That was the single redeeming aspect of those recaps, but it was pretty great.

I enjoyed Lauren Graham's stint on NR too, and I hated Gilmore Girls. You know who else is awesome? Patrick Warburton in Season 5. He's evil!

I have. Edward's creepiness really puts Angel and Spike's behavior into perspective.

I like in Excelsis Deo a lot, but mostly for the Toby/Mrs. Landingham/military funeral plotline. I always tear up during the funeral.

It's too hot to wear the full PJ set in here in Texas, and probably in Southern California too. I change into pajama pants and a tank top as soon as I get home.

Not quite, but there were fewer occasions to use it since Angel only is there for the remainder of the season.

I know! Me too!
