I watched maybe the first two eps of M&M, so I can't confirm that, but I believe John said they used the same stage on Normal OH in 2000.  Granted, there are only so many floorplans they can use on TV stages, so some will look a lot alike.

Boss walked off the set?  closest I've heard to this was when the "Officer and a Gentleman" fiasco blew up, when they realized Gilliland tried to pull a Valerie Harper and that ep was a backdoor to "The Conners" reformatting.  Too bad the cast banded together and they all threatened to walk.

Gilligan's Island was an earlier episode, when Roseanne was pregnant with Jerry (s7?) and almost made Dan tear up his half-built boat in the garage, which hadn't been seen since s2.  This calls into question where Dan worked on his bike, and other activity in the garage.
