For real? I did not know that. That's fairly high profile. Seems like I saw somewhere they tried to get him to do Young Bond first, but he turned it down.

Read a little of the first Higson book and thought it was pretty solid.

Yeah, hope Dynamite really brings it. This is the kind of thing I could see IDW doing a really good job with, but I'm not sure about Dynamite. Think if they didn't cut corners and spent some money, they could put out something worthwhile. Here's hoping.

Yeah, I watched James Bond, Jr. as a kid and thought it was awesome.

Also gonna have Twin Peaks. . .

Yeah, I'm a fan of the comic, though I understand not everybody else is. I'm not nearly as enamored with the show, though I will say it seems to get marginally better every season.

Yeah, and seems like I remember on the special features on the DVD, Tom Noonan saying dude that played Dracula was method in that he was basically a little too cool for school and stayed away from the other actors, though, if I were playing Dracula and Tom Noonan was one of the other actors, I'd probably stay away too.

What I came here to post, but you beat me to it. Still, think he'd be a good one to consider.

Yeah, I went to go see it at the time, knowing nothing of the story of the novel, and absolutely fucking loved it. Don't know if it holds up today, but I thought it was great at the time.

Fuck yeah, two of the best movies ever.

I don't guess I was old enough to see Goonies when it came out, but I remember it being a staple on video at our house. I don't see how you could not love it, but then again, I saw it as a kid. It's one of the things I grew up with.

In the special features on the DVD, I was kind of like the guy who said he'd go to the video store every week, and in the end, just end up renting The Monster Squad again. That wasn't quite the case with me — more like six or seven months would pass, I'd see it, having forgotten about it in the meantime, and rent it

Oh man, thanks for the head's up. I'll have to set my DVR.

The Joker teaming up with The Penguin. . .

Read maybe the first two or three books of the Shatnerverse and thought they were awesome as shit. Especially The Return.

Been following New School Dallas since it debuted, but haven't been watching it as religiously now that it's come back after the mid-season break. I've got probably three episodes on my DVR I haven't watched. One thing I can't help but notice about the new series, and I told a friend this, it feels almost way too

Never tell me the odds!

Man I tell you what, I like Meryl Streep, but I found her borderline insufferable as Eleanor.

Yeah, hate to be a knuckle dragger, but I had the same thought as well.

Big Robert Patrick fan, mainly on account of his work on The X-Files. If I watch this, it'll be because of him.
