Like most of Nolan's movies, this is one I can watch pretty much whenever it's on and have a great time doing so, thanks in no small part to the devastating soundtrack: http://www.youtube.com/watc…

Definitely thought this was the strongest episode yet. Ham-fisted exposition was kept to a minimum, the fight choreography was genuinely badass, and the flashbacks were relevant both in content and reason for being triggered.

Powered through the final season and a half of Friday Night Lights. Absolutely incredible. This might sound like hyperbole but I honestly think it's what would have happened if The Wire had been made on NBC. Case in point:
-Both function as ethnography of people trying to make a difference amidst uncaring institutions
-B

Oliver accidentally hurting Laurel was painfully melodramatic. "Wait, the man who's been going around killing people might have rage issues?!?!" When did Arrow turn into Beauty and the Beast?

That one was pretty good, but nothing could top the invention of the hoop.

I just realized how much Romney reminds me of Joe McCoy.

Maybe it's just the torches, but I got a real Deadwood vibe out of Woodbury. The idea of separate factions and groups is knew to the show, and seeing people living in a community born of dire circumstances is very familiar. And for god sakes, Al Swearangen could have been in The Governors last scene, and no one would
