Verhoeven is by far the most underrated and underappreciated director in Hollywood history.

Congrats to all on achieving this incredibly pointless career milestone!

I just remembered, where the fuck is "Undun" on this list! If I remember that piece of crap list they put out last year, Undun was left off, with the explination that it was released too late in the year but would be eligible for this year's Best Of.

Salt was so bad. Doesn't mean I won't rent the sequel, but man that first one was brutal.

That's a great call comparing Valhalla to High Plains Drifter, and a comparison I had not thought of until you mentioned it. It probably won't surprise you to know that High Plains might be my favorite Clint Eastwood western. I love all the traditional westerns he is in as well, all the Sergio Leone's, but I just love

Hmm, tough call for me. Best thing about these three movies is there really is no wrong answer in how you rank them. I may go Bronson>Drive>Valhalla, but I can't really argue with any answer.

Loved this movie. Refn is one of my favorite directors today. I need to go back and watch the Pusher trilogy, but Valhalla, Bronson and Drive are all excellent.

The new ones? Do you know if they contain the between skit stuff of them on the couch watching tv? That's the issue with the old stuff, they couldn't license all the music.
