I have difficulty with how boring running is as well. That is what I enjoy about riding the bike. I have things to look at. I am going to try trail running to see if that is any more enjoyable.

I know I have listened to Colosseums 2-3 times a week to start my day as part of a CBC youtube station. And every time I hear it it is like the first time I am hearing it.

I just can't run. I have tried. But I seem like I just can't get past 1 mile. I do 30 miles on a bike 3 times a week. And then a 20 mile-ride once a week as well. But 20 minutes of running is just brutal for me. I have bad knees too. So that doesn't help.

We used to get the print edition in the office of my college radio station. And then I started reading the website more often. And I remember when the site was only updated once a week.

With all three episodes of Rick and Morty this season, I have found them a lot more enjoyable the second time I watched them.

We had a birthday party for my daughter over the weekend. She turned 3. My sister-in-law offered to provide all of the drinks for the party. We let her do it. So we had a party with 20 something children there. And the only drinks we had to offer were slightly chilled Diet Coke and Coke Zero.

It was either that or Nebraska.
