Lost answered the smaller question as the larger questions were being made up on the fly, as the writers stated repeatedly, hense the twists and turns, it was sudden eureka moments in the writing meetings. i just watched this episode, and explained to my friend that i was weeping not just for what we were watching, but because it reminded me of Eternal Sunshine.
so did I. Ambiguity in which episode, do you reckon? If you find, say, White Bear or National Anrhem, ambiguous, you need moral tattooed onto youir retina.
i don't believe them! It came across as a panicked child to me, rather than a nonce. It only makes certain sense once you here the fighty bloke saying 'how young were they?'
As an Austral.ian comic said, just before being banged out by an irate English yob in Manchester said, (and i paraphrase), at least now they are just looking at images, in my day they used to bundle you in the back of a van and rape you.
