My brother pointed this one out to me recently

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the scariest to me was "The Company Of Wolves". I knew exactly where it was in the video store and avoided it as much as I could:

Yeah, Castlevania 64 was absolutely the worst. The controls and camera angles were unbelievably bad.

Simon's Quest, I think, was one of the best in the series.
